Installation:

• You can only upgrade versions 3.1.0, 3.1.1, 3.1.2, and 3.1.3
  • Launch App Designer and select "About App Designer..." from the Help menu
  • The version number is shown on the top right corner of the dialog window
• Run the EXE file from the selected download from above
• Follow the instructions presented by the installer
